Frequently asked questions
Are the IP addresses in the same block?
IPs are allocated from the same block as your server's primary IP first. If that block does not have enough free addresses, the rest come from another block in the same data center; contiguous addresses or a single subnet are not guaranteed.
How do I set reverse DNS (PTR)?
Enter the PTR record for each IP in the server's IP list in the customer panel, or send it in a support ticket. Your domain's A record must point to that IP first; the change is usually applied within minutes.
What kind of sending is allowed?
Only permission-based (opt-in) lists may be used. Purchased or scraped lists, spam and misleading content are prohibited. Sending domains must have SPF and DKIM records, and every message must include an unsubscribe link. We may suspend the service on abuse complaints or blacklist reports.
Can I change resources or the number of IPs later?
CPU, memory, disk and the number of IPs are fixed in these plans. Contact our support team for a larger plan or a different setup. You can change the billing period from the panel.
Is the order process in English?
The order and payment pages are in Turkish. The Order button opens the selected plan; you choose the operating system and location, then pay by card, bank transfer or other available methods. Our support team answers in English as well.
Which billing periods are available?
Monthly up to 3 years, with the same discounts as our cloud servers: 2 months free with annual billing. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. A standard cloud server can have at most 2 IP addresses; these plans are for higher IP counts.
